03
Care, Warranty & Repair
LAREINE provides a one-year commercial warranty from the original purchase date shown on the receipt, invoice or order confirmation. It applies to eligible purchases made directly from LAREINE LIMITED or an authorised point of sale, with proof of purchase. It does not limit any legal rights that may apply. Read the full warranty policy.
The warranty covers confirmed manufacturing defects identified after inspection. Where appropriate, LAREINE may repair the jewel or replace it with the same or an equivalent item.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental or mechanical damage, exposure to chemicals, improper care, loss, or alterations and repairs performed without authorisation.
Keep each jewel separately in a soft box or pouch and protect it from impact and abrasive surfaces. Remove jewellery before sport, sleep, bathing or household work, and avoid contact with perfume, creams, hairspray, chlorine and other chemicals.
Stop wearing the jewel and contact Client Services for an inspection. Please seek advice before using ultrasonic, steam or commercial cleaning equipment.
Inspection, cleaning, polishing, resizing or repair may be available after assessment and can be chargeable. The proposed work, timing and cost will be explained before service begins.
04
Diamonds & Certificates
Yes. LAREINE works exclusively with natural diamonds and gemstones.
Documentation depends on the individual jewel and stone. Client Services will confirm whether an independent gemological report or other certificate accompanies the piece before purchase.
Significant fancy colour diamonds should be accompanied by an appropriate independent gemological report. Depending on the service provided, a report such as the GIA Natural Colored Diamond Report may confirm natural origin and relevant colour-treatment information.
When a report accompanies a jewel, its identifying details are checked against the specific stone. The report is considered together with the diamond's visual character, proportions and suitability for the design.
Yes. A LAREINE adviser can guide you through the documentation supplied with a particular jewel and explain the information relevant to your selection.
05
Bespoke & Bridal
Bespoke and bridal commissions may be accepted following a consultation and technical review. Feasibility depends on the design, stone availability, production capacity and agreed commercial terms.
The process begins with your requirements, followed by design and stone selection. Production starts after the design is approved and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Yes, subject to availability and the requirements of the design. Your adviser will present suitable natural stones and review the relevant documentation where applicable.
Timing varies according to the design, chosen stone, technical complexity and delivery destination. A schedule will be provided after the principal specifications have been reviewed.
Certain designs may allow changes to the stone, size or other details. Each request is assessed individually to preserve the jewel's proportions, integrity and craftsmanship.
